Youth
Training

Youth Training

Strength training is essential for young athletes, regardless of their competitive level. It helps builds confidence in themselves, lowers risk of injury and improves sports performance.

Our semi-private group training sessions are focused on

  • Teaching SAFE ways to train and exercise
  • Building confidence with a supportive atmosphere and having FUN!
  • Gaining strength, fitness and athleticism (even if they don’t play sports!)

Natal Training

With so much conflicting information out there, it can be hard to know how to stay healthy during and after your pregnancy. Coach Elyse is here to guide you through every step of the journey os you can stay strong, healthy, and set a strong example for your family! You’ll learn:

  • How to modify your training to match your pregnancy journey
  • Signs and symptoms to look out for – and what to do when they come up
  • How to embrace this period and make the most out of this time

Volleyball Training

Volleyball is more than a sport for so many of us. It is our community, identity, and getaway from the stress of life. Our job is to help you not only become the best athlete you can be – but to also keep you on the court for life. This program is made for volleyball athletes who want to:

  • Jump higher, hitter harder, and be explosively fast on the court
  • Build real resilience against injuries so they can be an athlete for life
  • Finish tournaments with just as much energy as they start with
