Our Semi Private Program blends the best elements of personal & group training into one. Unlike group programs where everyone does the same generic workout, you’ll rock your own custom program each session that is made specifically for you and your goals. 

Just like personal training, your coach will be with you each step of the way. The only difference is you’ll have a small community of like-minded people with you, each on their own journey.
